As a modern 14-storey development in the heart of Toronto’s business and entertainment districts, O2 Maisonettes on George and Shuter brought a collage of one and two storey flats, two-storey maisonettes, and two-storey townhomes to the market.
This ultra-chic layout required a flexible sales solution that would be able to handle the unique project designs and content without compromising on standard features such as reporting and insight.
The solution came when Salefish was implemented and tailored to precisely suit the project’s requirements. While out-of-the-box software would limit the project’s management and selling capabilities, Salefish’s flexibility enabled unique selling features, project-specific reporting and insights, and a high level of revenue management.

Zancor Homes, one of Salefish’s first and longest standing clients, has continued to use Salefish for each of their projects. Based out of Concord, Ontario and known as an exceptional home builder across the Greater Toronto Area, Zancor has sold three different home and townhouse projects using Salefish to date: The Royal Collection, The Market Collection, and King’s Ridge.
In addition to those three projects, Zancor also uses Salefish in Whitby, Ontario to sell Brooklyn’s Forest – an exclusive collection of historic-style homes. This project was released in phases, so Salefish was first implemented to control lot availability in addition to managing sales.
